Easy. Download Airbattery Apk from Google playstore and launch the app. You will be asked to give the App permission to enable Bluetooth and Location, accept it. Ones you have done, this, you will see a popup of the Airpods and it's power bank awaiting its battery percentage display and a note informing you to open the Airpods Case.
Now, you will see the Airpods 2 and its case battery percentage display and it can be updated every 30 mins or less depending on the time you set - premium feature. Some features cannot be used on the app except you get the Mod Apk, but this can be gotten on search engine if you want.

The battery status is displayed with an interval size of 10% (Full | 95% | 85% ...) because the devices only send their battery state with this accuracy.
