Google Announces Stack Scanner App, Download Document Organizer For Free
Google Stack: PDF Scanner + Document Organizer by Google Area 120 as the name implies is a PDF Scanner application, this makes it easy for you to scan photos or text on paper and then convert it to digital documents for sharing and other useful products. Google's Stack PDF Scanner app got launched just 2 days ago (March 29, 2021) and it is available for free on Google Play Store. This is a big alternative to PDF scanner apps such as CamScanner and Microsoft Lens, so now you can make use of Google's PDF Scanner application, this will make your photo smooth for printing when scanned by Google Stack Scanner.
To install the app, you will need to make sure your device meets the minimum specifications as its features are not able to work for some older devices. Furthermore, it is currently available in the USA for now, and it will roll out to other users soon as the Stack founder said the app is still in the early stages of development.
This development was announced on Google Blog post, where Christopher Pedregal, Team Leader at Stack, said, “I joined Google a couple of years ago when my education startup, Socratic, was acquired. At Socratic, we used Google's computer vision and language understanding to make learning easier for high school students. I wondered if we could apply the same technologies to make organizing documents easier.”
