Realme UI 3.0 Update with ColorOS 12 to Launch in October

The Realme UI 3.0 got announced yesterday as the latest version of the device user interfaces for Android. The UI will be launched in October as announced during the Realme GT Neo 2 launch event.

Next month October 2021, the list of devices that will be getting the new Realme UI 3.0 will be announced. A post by WhyLab claims Realme UI 3.0 will bring some features of ColorOS 12. Furthermore, the Realme UI 3.0 will be Android 12 based since the Realme UI and Realme UI 2.0 were both Android 10 and 11 respectively.

It is also expected that the new Realme UI 3.0 OS will feature a new design with new privacy and security features. 

The company is now in the Top 6 Smartphone Brands in the world despite 47th in 2018 - they thanked their fans on Twitter.

In a couple of tweets by Realme India (@realmeIndia), they talked about the brand progress made since 2018. It mentioned its worldwide rank of 6th in terms of smartphone shipments, with 15 million units shipped and a 135 percent year-on-year growth. The highest rank on the leaderboard remains Samsung that has shipped 57.6 million units and has a 6.3 percent year-on-year growth.

In 2021, Realme has so far been able to achieve 100 million sales in 61 markets, compared to 2020 when they achieved 50 million sales. So next month, the new Realme UI 3.0 update with ColorOS 12 will be launched.
