Instagram Story Time Limit Increased from 15s to 60 Seconds

Instagram is reportedly increasing its Stories time limit to 60 seconds, a 45 seconds increase from the previous 15 seconds limit.

According to recent reports, Instagram has confirmed that they will be increasing the time limit of Instagram stories to 60 seconds which previously for users to post a video longer than 15 seconds, will be automatically broken down into smaller segments.

The previous 15 seconds limit on Instagram Stories made it difficult for users to tag and mention others since this had to be done on each segment.

Well, the upcoming improved story time limit to 60 seconds will resolve this in a way, it has been under testing by some users since late 2021.
