Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Edge, Galaxy S25 Ultra Announced
Samsung Galaxy S25 Series was announced on Wednesday at Samsung's Unpackaged Event 2025. All devices come with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy and 12GB of RAM, there is no Exynos this year or 8GB RAM. Let's now consider the full specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Edge, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Processor: Snapdragon 8 Elite
Front Camera: 12-megapixel
Rear Camera: 200-megapixel + 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel + 10-megapixel
RAM: 12/16GB
Storage: 256GB
Battery Capacity: 5000mAh

The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ feature a triple rear camera setup, no difference in its setup like the 50-megapixel primary camera compared to its predecessor Galaxy S24/24 plus. However, they will be running Android 15 from the box with the latest One UI 7 skin.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra however comes with an upgraded ultra-wide camera - 50MP, a new rounded edge design, and the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. It still has 12GB of RAM, but other regions like China get the 16GB RAM variants.
All S25 series are embedded with new AI features from One UI 7 such as Now Brief, personalized summaries, recorded call summaries, and a new Now bar on the lock screen and AOD that shows you activities such as music, recorder feature, and more.
Samsung devices now work hand in hand with Google's Gemini AI assistant, allowing users to interact with apps such as Calendar, while still interacting with third-party apps like Xender, Pdanet, UT Loop VPN, etc.
The Galaxy S25 Edge, previously leaked as Galaxy S25 Slim was also teased towards the conclusion of the Samsung Unpacked event. The Edge is a slim phone, featuring just two rear cameras (unlike Samsung which uses 3 cameras least across all their phones), with bigger sensors and camera lenses/rings. However, the battery size is also going to be way smaller. It is expected to arrive later this year.
