Samsung Tri-Fold Phone Official Name now Known - Obviously not Z

Now long after Huawei launched the first triple-screen (tri-foldable phone), Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design, Samsung is finally on the verge of launching theirs. The Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event teased the device, which is expected to launch next year.

The Samsung Tri-fold phone is a 9.96-inch display, approximately 10-inch display. The tipster Yeux1122 on the South Korean blog Naver leaked that the name would be under the G series, with the name being 'Galaxy G Fold'. The device is expected to be released in 2026.

The blog post suggests that the Samsung Galaxy G Fold will be the same as "H", referencing Huawei's Mate XT Ultimate Design. As expected, the Galaxy G Fold would use new displays and protective films.

As mentioned earlier, the device was teased at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, showing the proto-type and internals of the device.

The device would come with a high price tag, however, Samsung would manufacture just 3,00,000 units or less of the triple-folding phone
